Access data & hosting
Loading this website transmits technically necessary data, such as IP address, browser, requested pages and time, to the hosting infrastructure. The website is provided through Lovable and its technical providers. The purpose is secure delivery; where applicable, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The hosting provider’s specific logging and retention periods remain to be confirmed.
Email enquiries
The enquiry window prepares an email in your own email application; it does not itself send the form data to us. We receive your name, email, optional company, selected package and message only when you send the email. We process these details to respond and take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or handle other enquiries based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
WhatsApp & external links
WhatsApp is an external link, not an embedded chat widget. Clicking it opens a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited or the Meta group. Data may then be processed outside the EU under their privacy terms: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Email is available as an alternative. External reference websites also open only when clicked.
External fonts & media
Outfit and Figtree are loaded from Google Fonts, transmitting your IP address and technical request data to Google. Processing in the USA may occur. See https://policies.google.com/privacy. Images and videos load through the website and its media infrastructure, generating necessary access data. Where applicable, the legal basis for delivery is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The permissibility of external fonts and specific international transfer safeguards require review before publication.
Analytics & cookies
Neither Google Analytics 4 nor Calendly is currently integrated into this website. Native Gains’ statements about these services therefore do not apply here. This policy does not confirm any analytics separately enabled in hosting settings; those settings must be checked and this policy supplemented if necessary before publication.
Retention & recipients
Enquiry data is retained as long as required to handle the enquiry or contract and meet statutory retention obligations. Technical providers process data as necessary. The controller is based in Brazil, where your enquiry is handled. Applicable safeguards for international transfers and provider retention periods must be confirmed before publication.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.
